Lemon Wallet is a fast growing technology company focused on building great consumer products. Our teams in California and Buenos Aires are committed to providing the best possible customer experience. With that in mind, we are seeking an energetic, motivated, native or native-level English speaker to join our team in the Buenos Aires office as a Customer Support Manager, responsible for interactions across our Customer Support channels.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Impeccable communication skills, to be the voice of Lemon to our customers (English), and to interact efficiently and effectively with our development team (Spanish)
  • Excellent judgment, professionalism and lots of empathy to handle all escalated support inquiries
  • Relationship management experience to transact with various vendors
  • Strong time-management skills to prioritize and execute on various projects and guide them to fruition
  • A good sense of humor and a healthy dose of equanimity
